We hold Fat Girl beauty contests to see who can lose the most weight. We hold Fat Girl swimsuit competitions to see who can lose the most weight. And we hold Fat Girl Talent Shows so that girls who do not lose weight have the opportunity to develop other skills like a humorous personality or a pleasant singing voice or typing.

Girls leave here feeling like a million bucks. And they’ve acquired the skills necessary to catch and keep the attentions of a respectable man.
(beat)
Girls like these are at risk.
(whispering, leaning in)

Pause

ALICIA
You wanna sit next to me?

FOURTEEN
